The cucumber closes the loop
The fourth Mac app is connecting project costs, bills, incoming money, and final invoicing—carefully, because money dislikes improvisation.

ABOUT
Augmented Arthur: Applications makes small, local-first Mac apps for independent work. Arthur designs the concepts, systems, and interfaces; AI expands how much one experienced product designer can build.
The Window holds tested, signed, notarized releases. The Workbench shows what is still in development. Every app is built with AI assistance, used and reviewed by Arthur, and never depends on sending working data to an AI service.
Beyond IO: localhost, Aerial View, card&board, and cucumber are growing into a local-first toolkit for freelancers, artists, solo developers, and other independent professionals. Aerial View organizes files and documents. card&board plans projects and connects the work with its costs. cucumber manages budgets, bills, incoming payments, and final invoices.
Each app will remain useful on its own. Together, they can exchange what they need without becoming one enormous system. Once all three are released, Aerial View, card&board, and cucumber will also be available as a discounted bundle.

IO: localhost will be free, signed, notarized, and open source—an inspectable first release with a deliberately clear support boundary.
READ MOREFREE AND OPEN SOURCE.
A small native Mac utility that makes local servers visible and easy to control. It runs locally and does not send server information anywhere.
The signed and notarized app will be free to download, and its source code will be available on GitHub. Clear documentation is included and bug reports are welcome; individual setup support is not.
WATCH THE WORKBENCHWorking software, unfinished distribution. These apps are used privately today and move to The Window only when they are ready for other people’s Macs.
DISTRIBUTION PREP

PRIVATE WORKING BUILD
A private working Mac planning app—and proof that product design authority can remain human throughout AI-assisted implementation.
IN DEVELOPMENT
The financial completion layer for independent projects: budgets, bills, incoming money, and final invoices. In active development.
FROM PRACTICE TO TEACHING
The lessons behind these products — what AI handled well, where it failed, what Arthur reviewed, and why certain decisions stayed human-owned — also inform Arthur’s AI tutorials and HITM Labs.
KNOCK ON THE WORKSHOP DOOR
Ask about an app, volunteer a Mac for sensible beta testing, or get the release notes. There is currently no automated sales creature guarding the inbox.
